ABOUT THE EPILEPSY PROJECT
The Epilepsy Project was founded in 2012 with a mission to create a network of individuals and families who are affected by Epilepsy within the Erie region. Additionally, The Epilepsy Project aims to educate the general public in order to break stigmas about seizure disorders.
As with any medical condition, awareness is vital for those affected by the disorder, largely because there are many misconceptions about it. In order to serve our mission, The Epilepsy Project hosts community events such as our Night at the Ballpark and Family Picnic, as well as our regionally supported Epilepsy Symposium, all leading to our major event of the Noble Night.
